June saw me in Madrid, Spain with my brother Tom from New Zealand.
He was there on some sort of telecommunications conference and call me up to pop over. So there we were, Tom and I in Spain.
The weather was pretty good and we spent a good deal of the time walking around enjoying the sights and always on the lookout for a beer that didn't cost Tom $15NZ per pint!
Some points of interest were the book market that was about 3km long, the nudists having a picnic in the park with a film crew, being amazed at the not so pretty night workers working during the day, and of course the Bodies exhibit of human corpses fill with plastic that made both of use nauseous and after paying $60NZ each, we raced through in 20 minutes!
